HAVE AN UNDERLYING MORTGAGE? IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SELLER

Don’t forget, it is your responsibility to notify NM Escrow in ANY changes to the underlying mortgage amount or the servicer for the mortgage or the mailing address for the servicer.   Remember, neither NM Escrow, nor the buyer have access to your underlying mortgage account.  Failure to notify NM Escrow of these changes may result in insufficient payments to the mortgage holder and late fees, which could result  in foreclosure of the underlying mortgage.
